Email support@dhebe.com with a brief description of the problem. Include the page or tool involved, the browser you use, and the error message if there is one. This gives us a useful starting point without requiring your personal application documents.

Payment and download questions
For purchase support, include the order or payment reference, payment date, and a short description of what happened. If you paid but downloads remain locked, check payment status before starting a new payment. A checkout labelled Test mode uses Cashfree’s sandbox and does not transfer real money.
If access disappeared after clearing cookies, moving devices, or opening another browser, mention that in your message. Keep your downloaded documents and payment reference, and preserve the same browser and application draft. Downloaded files do not automatically transfer the browser’s payment access.
Duplicate successful charges and unresolved paid download failures can be considered for a refund after verification. Read the Refund Policy for the request process and original-payment-method refund route.
Keep sensitive details out of email
Do not send card numbers, CVV or other card security codes, banking passwords, OTPs, or identity documents. Payment support starts with a reference and a description. Avoid attaching a full resume or cover letter unless a specific document issue requires further discussion and you choose to share it.
Resume editing, letter suggestions, exports, and existing-resume checks run locally in your browser. We do not receive those document contents through the payment process. A support email is a separate communication containing whatever you choose to send. The privacy notice explains checkout information and local draft storage.
